Unlimited data transfer is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Maximum speeds may vary depending on location and availability. If the selected speed is not available in your area, Pathway Communications will automatically assign and bill you for the next highest available plan. Each plan includes one modem and two phone filters. Upon cancellation, all equipment must be returned to Pathway Communications. A dry loop is required, unless there is an existing, compatible landline available.
